We set up Stoked to get friends and families safely on the water. If you love watersports, you will love Stoked.
Stoked Watersports opened in summer 2018 with a clear vision to get people of all ages and abilities out on the water safely. The most rewarding part of Stoked for us is getting to know you - we see Stoked as an investment into local communities and it's something we are committed to long-term. We will look forward to seeing you out on the water.

WHAT'S WITH THE NAME STOKED?
Stoked literally means excited or euphoric and it's also a very popular South African term. With one of us being South African (Karen) and the other British (Jonathan), we felt that Stoked was a fitting name.
WHAT'S THE FUTURE OF STOKED?
Building on the success of our South Coast base we are now looking for opportunities to expand Stoked. This means we have our eyes set on new bases, new events and we'll soon be launching an online shop for all your watersports essentials.

Meet our epic team
Throughout the season we have a superb team in place to keep everyone safe and to ensure you have a superb experience every time. We are always on the lookout for people to join our team. If you are passionate about watersports, a true people person and have experience teaching or instructing, we would love to hear from you.

Justin & Chloe
We are Justin and Chloe, a fun-loving South African couple who moved down to the South Coast last year after living in the Cotswolds. Aside from Stoked, Justin runs his own private tutoring business and Chloe works as a Sports Therapist.

Brad
I love being on the water and trying new things! I have a big interest in photography and videography and I'm pursuing a career in the film industry. When I'm not working at Stoked I am helping businesses to get the most out of social media.

Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah. To me, there’s nothing better than spending time on the water and I am passionate about inspiring others to do the same! Aside from Stoked, I am studying for a career in adventurous activities.

Kirsten
Hi, I’m Kirsten. I grew up on the South Coast and the beach has a special place in my heart. I absolutely love being on and around the water. I’m excited to have the opportunity to provide experiences that create happy memories.

Koster & Hazel
Hi, we’re Hazel and Koster. We’re an ocean loving pair with an addiction to spending time on (and in!) the water. We’re both graduates from Plymouth University with a background in marine sport science. See you on the water soon.

Sid
Although not officially part of the Stoked team, I do pop my head up from time to time to make sure everyone is respecting my waters. When I am not watching what the humans are doing I am eating fish and dodging ferries.
